Queen's Park NW6 Double Room for Lodger

Hi, I have a room available for a single male which can also be short-term (3 months). I am retired and do some charity work. If you're into football I normally have a game on in the evening. I also go to the gym for light workouts and enjoy funky music. You should be working in your work space during the day as I am around so no WFH or night-shifters please. Plenty of bedding/towels etc available and lots of stuff for cooking. No smoking house but fine to light up in the garden. I'm straight and have a long -term partner who has her own place. If you are looking for excellent transport links (Queen's Park/Brondesbury Overground/Kilburn) and/or travel home at weekends then please get in touch. Council tax band E. You would be sharing just with me and on alternate weekends my partner is likely to be here. There are two toilets upstairs and down but no en-suite. The room comes with a desk and TV.
