We’re a relaxed and sociable household made up of a 33-year-old software developer (male), a 25-year-old stone carving student (female), and Billie (a 2-year-old cat) — it’s essential that our new flatmate is happy living with a cat!

We’ve known each other for a long time and are looking for someone who fits into our friendly and respectful vibe. We love a chat in the kitchen, the occasional pub trip, and sharing the space comfortably, but we also really value downtime and privacy.

The Room
• Medium-large double bedroom
• Fully furnished
• Faces the back of the house so is quiet and private

The Flat
• Well-equipped kitchen with small dining area
• Bathroom with shower/bath
• No living room, but a lovely garden

Rent & Bills
• £725 per month + bills
• Bills approx. £60/month for a student; or £135/month for non-students including council tax (Brent band C)
