I’m open to a third person, ideally Monday - Thursday renter if they’re the right vibe (Reducing the monthly amount you pay to £1,100). There is an Ad live for this too.

• Living Space: The ground floor features a light and airy kitchen diner and a double-aspect reception room with two feature fireplaces.  Ignore the furniture/ fittings in the pictures, I’m moving my own in which is much nicer!!

• Outdoor Space: Enjoy a private rear patio area/garden, perfect for summer evenings or a quiet coffee. 

• Amenities: The cottage is furnished, features hardwood flooring on the ground floor, and includes an upstairs power shower room and downstairs bathroom.

You'll be sharing with me, a 33-year-old professional male who works full-time as a Business Director. I take pride in making my home a comfortable and relaxing space. My days of house parties are definitely over, so my entertaining at home vibe is more the occasional roast with pals on a Sunday... I'm relaxed/ easy going/ considerate and I am looking for someone who shares that same approach to house sharing, easy going and friendly.
