Double en-suite with ample storage, in cosy and bright 2 bed flat. The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped and well kept.

I work from home often, so I’m ideally looking for someone who works from an office or is generally out during the day to keep a good balance in the flat.

I’d love to live with someone like-minded, friendly, and interesting, who enjoys having their own space but is happy to have a chat over dinner or a glass of wine also. Cleanliness is really important to me, the flat is kept very tidy and I’d like to share with someone who values the same.

The rent is all bills included, so no hidden extras. The flat is just a 10-minute walk to Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo Line) and 12 minutes to Kensal Rise Overground, making it easy to get around London. The area itself is fantastic, plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and a real sense of community.
