The room is furnished with a double bed and has two in-built wardrobes.
You’d be sharing the bathroom with one person only.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏻: You will be sharing with lovely Judit and Rose! - 27 and 32, both work corporate jobs (hybrid) and have their own groups in London but also like to socialize as a house 🥂 In the week the house is pretty chill, mostly gym and TV nights, but both love a good hot girl walk, show, cocktail or bougie on the weekend! Queens Park is a lovely residential area with lots of new restaurants and bakeries.

You: We are looking for someone 26-33ish who likes to be social from time to time, and is super clean and tidy - We have a lovely vibe in the house and it would be great to have someone move in who likes this kind of dynamic!

I can be a bit flexible around move-in date if earlier is better!
Bills come to approx. £120-150 depending on the season.
Please note that the deposit is £1250 as we split it equally when moving in, but Spareroom doesn’t let me reflect this. The move-in will be handled by Paramount.
