I have a spacious room with loads of storage available in a friendly flat just five minutes from Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo line) and ten minutes from the Overground. We’re also only two minutes from the high street, so you’ll have cafes, gyms, shops, and everything you need right on your doorstep. The building is secure and has a 24/7 concierge, which makes deliveries and late arrivals super easy.

The room is bright and quiet, perfect if you work from home sometimes or just want a comfortable place to relax. The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom, large balcony, fast WiFi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It’s a calm, easy space to live in, but def not boring.

A bit about me: I work in tech and also in the electronic music industry. I’m looking for someone likeminded who enjoys going out and a party now and then, or atleast understands that world, but is also respectful and sensible (at least some of the time). I’m clean and easy-going, and I’m looking for someone who values having a sociable but chilled home vibe. It would be great to live with someone who’s up for the occasional night out but also respects each other’s space and downtime.

Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long-term, but open to discussing shorter stays for the right person.
