✨Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in a house just off Salusbury road in NW6. ✨
🛏️ The room: a small room with a big window. The room is on the smaller side but is very cosy and gets loads of sunlight all year round. RENT is £700, BILLs are £120 and move in date is flexible but between 1st - 19th February
🏡The house is on a quiet road close to two parks and two main high streets. The place has lots of natural light, a big garden, and is set over two floors. There is a washer and dryer, gas stove and a combined living and dining space. The house has recently been newly painted and re carpeted. 🏡
The deposit is five weeks rent up front, plus one month up front rent. The house is fully furnished, and the bedrooms partially furnished.
🚝 The house is a 8min walk from Queens Park station (Bakerloo line and overground) and a 15 min walk from Brondesbury Park Overground. It’s right around the corner from Salusbury Road with lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs, a Sainsbury, M&S, Tesco, Aldi and pharmacies. There is also a lovely farmers market on a Sunday just around the corner.
☺️You would be living with four girls all working full time. So ideally someone working full time, mid to late 20s, girls and guys welcome, non smokers, no pets (unfortunately), LGBTQ+ friendly, who enjoy a few drinks and nights out, but also evenings at home to cook dinner and hang out.
