Double Room available near Queen’s Park Station

Hello,

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our three bedroom flat situated above Alice House in Queen’s Park, 1 minute from the station.
The area has plenty of pubs, restaurants,
coffee shops and supermarkets and it’s well connected to central London via Bakerloo line and Overground (Euston), and bus routes 6,36,187,206 and 316.
The room is for SINGLE USE ONLY and has a double bed, a desk and a spacious built in wardrobe.
The current household includes my flatmate (Dutch) and I (Italian) and we would really like to share the flat with a tidy, clean and responsible person who respects and cares about other people’s spaces.
Ideally we are looking for a like minded female in her mid 20s/early 30s but we might consider other options if suitable. 😊

This is not a party house and we enjoy our quiet time whenever we’re at home.

***As a disclaimer, the flat is above a pub and could get noisy on Friday and Saturday night, as they host a DJ every weekend, but other than that the music volume is tolerable during the rest of the week.***
