Description
We’re looking for a lovely new roommate to join our home as one of our current housemates is moving out. We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, courteous, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, you’re a non-smoker, work full time, and are in the office at least a couple of days a week.
The room up for grabs is a decent sized double room that comes furnished with a bed and a desk (if you want it, but it can be removed if not). There is plenty of storage space.
The kitchen and shared areas have been renovated to a high standard and all modern amenities one would expect (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) are all there. The living room is huge, and a generously sized west-facing terrace gets an amazing amount of sunshine and beautiful sunsets in the summer.
The rent is £865 pcm excluding bills, which come to about £135 on average.
The move in date is 28 March 2026, but there may be some flexibility with this.
You’ll be living with two women (both 29) who work in tech. We both work from home twice a week and keep a nice balance between socializing and personal time. We enjoy the occasional show night together or catching up in the evenings, but we also value our independence and downtime.
We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and considerate who’s happy to contribute to a positive, relaxed home environment. We’re hoping you have a similar lifestyle and values!
