The current flatmates are two male working professionals in our mid 20s. We are hoping to get someone in for 2nd April onwards. The flat is on a rolling monthly contract. Rent is £936.67 per month and bills are around an extra £150. The flat is council tax band D.
The room does not include a desk, but there is a space in the lounge where one can be set up to allow for working from home (as seen in the images). The tenant vacating the available room worked with this setup and we are happy for a new tenant to do the same. We both work in the office full time, so the lounge is otherwise vacant during the day.

We have lived together for a nearly 8 years, having met at university. We like to socialise some evenings in the flat, and explore the local area on a weekend (there's a great farmers market and some solid pubs). We both like going to the cinema and catching the occasional gig.
