Rent covers everything you need for comfortable, hassle-free living — all utilities, high-speed WiFi, professional cleaning, and household essentials (from toiletries to cleaning supplies) are provided. You can truly move in with just your personal belongings and feel at home from day one.

Council Tax is not included but must be added to the account upon request for stays longer than a few weeks.

This is a home-share/digs arrangement – warm, respectful and ideal for someone seeking a peaceful sanctuary. A one-month notice period is standard on both sides unless otherwise requested. If you require a formal contract for work or visa purposes, that can be provided — just let me know.
