• There is no living room
• Shared kitchen and bathroom

• Tube station literally at the doorstep (super convenient)
• Lots of shops, cafes, and essentials nearby
• Around 10 minutes walk to Kilburn High Road
• About 20 minutes to Notting Hill

****As a disclaimer, the flat is above a pub and can be noisy on Friday and saturday evenings as they host a DJ every weekends. Other than that the music is tolerable and they shut down at 1am. The rest of the week is quiet****
