Huge Double Bedroom with your own Bathroom

I have a very spacious double bedroom available for rent in Queens Park. Measures 5.4m x 4.9m which is roughly 26m^2. It is fully furnished (see photos) with plenty of storage space. You’ll have your own bathroom as well, with shower over bathtub. Open plan kitchen, living and dining room for us to share. Price listed includes share of all bills (broadband, gas, electricity, water, tv license).

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a low density apartment block, off the main road, so it’s nice and quiet.

I’m looking for a flatmate/lodger, ideally for 6 months minimum. Preference for a fellow student, but I’m open to meeting anyone that’s a good fit. I’d like to live with someone I click with. About me – I used to work in tech but looking to change things up so I’m back in uni fulltime now. Tennis is my form of therapy and I’m a reluctant gym-goer to fend off further injury. I can be quite the homebody and enjoy cooking. Big fan of a cosy pub and a quiz.

I also have a parking space available to rent – this would be an additional cost. Happy to discuss. Could be a convenient pied-a-terre type option if you drive into London regularly.
