I live near Queen’s Park in a 3-bedroom flat, and unfortunately one of our roommates is moving back home, so we have a room available.

A bit about us: I’m from Spain, currently doing a Master’s in Cancer Research and working part-time in hospitality. My flatmate Lili is from Colombia and is studying a Master’s in Film & Television while also working part-time in hospitality.

At home, we have a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy spending time together watching shows, and occasionally having breakfast or dinner together, but we also really value our own space and independence. Lili and I actually met on SpareRoom and have become very close friends, we even ran a half marathon together! 🏃‍♀️

We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and easygoing girl who’s happy to be part of a sociable but respectful home.

A furnished room in a lovely flat with a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, balcony, and lots of storage space. The flat has two separate storage rooms, which are perfect for suitcases, luggage, and extra belongings.

For privacy reasons, the photos are from before we moved in, but we’re very happy to send a video privately, the flat is actually much more spacious in real life!

📍 Location:
The flat is in a great area with excellent transport links. Queen’s Park station is just an 8-minute walk away. Westbourne Park and Kensal Rise station are a 15-minute walk too. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, pubs, and local shops nearby. Portobello Road and Notting Hill are very close, and the area is peaceful while still being very central. There are also lots of parks and canals nearby, plus a gym within walking distance.
