A lovely, furnished double room is available for a 1-year tenancy in my peaceful, clean home. The room comes fully equipped with a comfortable single bed, a wardrobe, and high-speed WiFi already set up. One of the absolute highlights of the property is my fantastic, big garden—perfect for relaxing outside during the warmer months. You will share a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with just me.
Location & Transport
The location is incredibly well-connected, sitting right on the borders of Zone 2. The property is just a convenient 12-minute walk from both Queen’s Park Station (Bakerloo Line and Overground trains) and Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines). This gives you effortless access to Central London, the West End, and the City.

This is a quiet, organized, and respectful home. I take great pride in keeping the space clean and adhere to my daily routines, so I am looking for a like-minded professional who values a peaceful environment. This is absolutely not a party house, but rather a calm sanctuary to unwind in after work. I also have a very friendly resident cat, so you must be a cat lover!

While I cherish my quiet space, I am totally open to you having the occasional friend visit now and then.
