A bright and spacious double bedroom in a two-bedroom flat, with a large wardrobe and plenty of natural light.

For me, this is a home rather than just a shared flat, so I like to keep it calm, clean, respectful and welcoming.

* The room comes with its own private bathroom.
* The nearest station is Queen’s Park, with excellent transport links via the Bakerloo line and London Overground.
* Smoking isn’t allowed in the flat and, unfortunately, this one is a deal breaker.
* The room is not suitable for students or anyone currently between jobs.

I’m Mona, 42 years young, and work as a graphic designer in the beauty industry.

I work from home full-time and have a fairly busy life between work, gym, friends and everything else!

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but I also really value my own space and me-time. I’m calm, tidy and like home to feel peaceful, comfortable and drama-free.

I’m looking for a considerate, tidy flatmate who has their own life, respects personal space and brings a positive energy to the home.

A little heads-up for vegetarians/vegans: I do eat and cook meat regularly, so if you prefer a completely meat-free home, we may not be the best match.
