2 Doubles in Queen’s Park Home🏠

After some lovely years in the flat, my housemates are both taking the big step of moving in with their respective partners, which means I’m now looking for two equally great people to join me in our beautiful Queen’s Park home!

The rooms are available from 16th of September, but there’s potential flexibility to move in a bit earlier so please feel free to ask 😊

🛏️THE ROOMS
Both rooms are spacious doubles, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. They come furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a large chest of drawers. There is also more than enough space for a desk in both, and definitely room for more furniture if you need it.

🏠THE FLAT
The flat is split across 2/3 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, a modern and spacious bathroom, an open plan kitchen/lounge, and a huge attic -which is great for storage!

📍THE AREA
The flat is perfectly located in a quiet area between Queen’s Park and Kensal Rise stations, both less than 10 minutes away, and less than 1 minute away from Queen’s Park itself! 🌳 We have the Bakerloo, Mildmay, and Lioness lines, and lots of shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful, but there’s also a good choice of bars and pubs in the area that get quite lively. We’re also a walk away from Portobello Road and West Hampstead with lots of great food and drinks spots.

ABOUT ME
I’m Laura, a 31-year-old professional originally from Spain and in London for 9 years. I’m into languages, sketching, crafting, and always up for finding new food spots (currently a bit obsessed with tacos 🌮). I speak Italian and French so would love the opportunity to practice 💬

🔍WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR
At the risk of sounding a bit cliché, I’m looking for some friendly, clean professionals who’d like to contribute to making the flat feel like home. I’ve made some very good friendships from flat-sharing and would love to create a nice, warm atmosphere where everyone is comfortable with one another.
