Urgent Flatmate Wanted starting on the Aug 22nd

I’m moving into a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Queen’s Park in mid-August and am looking for someone to take the second room.

My friend has lived in the flat for the past three years, and we were originally planning to live together. However, she recently accepted a new job in East London, so I’m now looking for a new flatmate to join me on the 22nd of August (unfortunately date not flexible)

The bedroom is furnished with a bed and lots of storage space. It is larger and brighter than it looks in the photo.

✨ Rent: £975/month - one month rent deposit

✨ Referencing required (either x30 income equivalent of monthly rent or a guarantor if you are a student)

✨ Bills: approximately £200/month per person (including council tax band D)

The flat is located in front of a beautiful park. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby.
15-minute walk to Portobello Market and Notting Hill, 10 min walk to Queen's Park station (Bakerloo Line & Overground) station, 15 min walk to Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City Line) station, 2 min walk to bus stop.

A little about me:

I’m 27 and work in finance with 1-2 days WFH. I travel for work every few months and have a 9-year-old cat, so it’s important to me that my flatmate is also a cat lover (or at least happy to live with one!)

I’m hoping to find someone who’s friendly and sociable. I’d love for us to get along well and create a home-away-from-home rather than simply sharing a flat, while of course respecting each other’s space and privacy.
