I have a room to rent in central queens park, only a 2 minute walk to the tube! its a lovely area and feels really safe. Rent is 775pcm bills included. The flat is on the top floor of a converted house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, a kitchen and bathroom. The room to rent is accessed via a stair ladder. There is also a parking space in a gated carpark which will cost extra to use frequently.
I am 31 and work in fashion buying, I often work late nights or go out with friends for dinner after work. When I am at home I like to chill out with a glass of wine and DVD. I am looking for a flatmate who has a similar lifestyle to me and will enjoy living in lovely flat and keeping it tidy!
