A new flatmate for Queens Park Flatshare

Us 4 flatmates are looking for a new fifth flatmate to join our home around Queens Park area. We are looking for a guy in their mid-20's.

A little about the flat:
The flat is located just a 10 minute walk from Queens Park Station (Bakerloo Line and Overground), and has plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants in the surrounding area. We’ve got the usual shared living space, such as a living room with a TV, an eating area and kitchen with all amenities including a tumble dryer. We also have two showers and two bathrooms, as well as a back garden for the sunny days!

All bills and high bandwidth broadband are included.

What we are looking for:
As we are all friends with each other, we are looking for someone who is a nice person and is as keen as the rest of us to make this a home, and a similar age as us (mid 20s). We are looking for someone who is sociable and is clean (we keep our communal spaces clean and use a cleaning rota), who is keen to participate in things like pub trips out in the evening after work or who fancies a movie night in with some takeaway. However, we also absolutely respect each other’s personal time and space! Ideally, we also want someone who isn’t in London for just a few months, but someone who is looking to stay here longer term.
