Awesome new flatmate wanted!

Hello,

We are young professionals (females), who are losing our wonderful flatmate and are looking for someone to fill her room.

The room: a bright and airy double room that comfortably fits a proper double bed, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe and cupboard.

The flat: 3 bedrooms, a large lounge area, separate spacious dining room, well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage space, big hallway, separate toilet and bathroom. There is also a sizeable shared garden, playground and basketball court.

Us: We are looking for someone fun, sociable, happy to cook dinner with and go to the pub together. But also respectful of each others privacy and tidy!

Location: The flat is located in a block minutes from Kilburn High Road. We are very close to the Bakerloo (Kilburn Park or Queen's Park) and Jubilee Lines and two London Overground stations - all within a 10 minute walk or less. Buses in this area are also great.

Rent is £625 per month, plus bills which come to approx £90 per month.
