Had family staying over the past year but they'll be moving out after Xmas.
Tenants:
Landlord but usually stay with my partner during weekdays.
So have two rooms up for grabs. Both the same size but due to room layout one has a single bed and the other a double. Both are furnished, with some extra storage space in the hallway.
It's a fourth floor flat just 5 mins walk from Queen's Park and Kilburn Park stations.
10 mins walk to the High Street (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Argos, Primark, Starbucks, Costa etc).
KITCHEN: Fridge-Freezer, Double Oven, Microwave, Washer-Dryer.
Living room is huge, has a balcony which is great in summer. Big dining table for eating or working from home. Sky TV and broadband all setup.
Bills included: (Electricity / Gas / Sky TV + Broadband / TV Licence / Council Tax).
