Description
I am looking for a VERY CLEAN AND TIDY flatmate to share a truly amazing, very modern, very spacious, fully-furnished and very secure 2 bedroom apartment located in heart of Queens Park zone 2 by Bakerloo Line station. Perfect location close to zone 1
The apartment is gorgeous and has a balcony with amazing views, on a clear night watching the sunset is amazing. The double room is within a 2 bedroom flat in modern newly built building on the 7th floor. Sharing with only one person only. It is a light and bright double bedroom that comes fully furnished. I also have in the spacious lounge a Great work out kit.
Prefer a vegetarian but can be flexible.
The apartment is walking distance, 2mins from Queens Park station and 8mins from Kilburn Park Station.
Bus links are also excellent too.
Local high street shops, bar, restaurants and park minutes away. Queens Park is one of the coolest of NW London's villages and has become a media and design hotspot and a London Design Week hub.
The street is also home to numerous media, fashion and technology companies. Shops and restaurants
Queen’s Park is bookended by two shopping streets From Salusbury Road and Chamberlayne Road.
Along Salusbury Road there are branches of the M&S, Planet Organic, Co-op and Sainsbury’s, Costa, Starbucks, Bobs cafe, Alice House and Gail’s but there’s also an independent bookshop and the Salusbury gastropub with its two offshoots: Salusbury Winestore, a wine merchant with a cheese counter, and Salusbury Food Store, a cafe and pizzeria. Iris is a women’s boutique, part of a small eight-strong chain. Off Salusbury Road, Lonsdale Road is lined with small workspaces, including leather king Bill Amberg, and restaurants including Ostini, an Italian restaurant from Puglia; Hugo’s all-day restaurant and Milk Beach, a cafe and wine bar with an Aussie flavour.
I’m a beauty consultant and personal shopper. I enjoy watching movies with a glass of wine. I’m not a party animal but occasionally do enjoy a little get togethers.
I am looking for a bubbly a professional female/male flatmate who is easy going and considerate - someone who is trustworthy and honest. It is very important to have a CLEAN And tidy person come to a home too.
