Description

Hiya ….. in a cosy, friendly home, I’ve got a lovely double, furnished room available in my 2-bedroom flat, from now until Sunday 14th September 2025. The room comes with a bed, chest of draws, chair, desk, mounted TV and a built in wardrobe. Bills included (except council tax but a discuss). Access to living room and kitchen, with own cupboards/drawers space and also fridge/freezer shelves space. All cutlery, plates, cups and pots & pans available.

I'm easy going and just enjoy a stress free life. I work both full-time (in a University for the past 20+ years) and part-time as a bartender (because I love bar work). I’m respectful of privacy, up for going out for a meal, pub (love me pints), chats - when you can catch me, I’m usually out most of the time and/or late in. Lived here from Yorkshire (travel back and forth quite often as only handful of friends here, besides work colleagues), when property was first built and have had all amazing previous renters, with a few still in touch.

The room is worth viewing and suitable for someone who is looking to relax after a busy day, very clean & tidy, very respectful to the home, owner and neighbours, and who just needs to get on with their own business/privacy. The property comes with a secure, private door entry, viewing system.

The flat is located in between Maida Vale, Kilburn Park and Queen Park (Zone 2) and for those who are fit, can walk it to Hyde Park Corner/Oxford Street in about 45-50mins. Very near to Camden, West Hampstead, Queens Park, Kensal Rise, Ladbrooke Grove and Swiss Cottage (most in walking distance).

Local buses are: No.6 (between Victoria Station and Willesden Bus Garage (including night bus). No.316 (between Cricklewood bus garage and White City, Westfield). No.187 (between Central Middlesex Hospital and 02 centre, Finchley Road). No.32 (between Edgeware Station and Kilburn Park). Other nearby buses are: 16, 52, 328, 98, and 18.

The local tube station is Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line), Kilburn (Jubilee Line), Queens Park (Bakerloo and Overground), Kilburn High Road Overground station to Euston (3 stops) - Zone 2 and Kensal Rise Overground towards Islington/Richmond. All walking distance or 316 bus to Kilburn Station.

Lots of trendy and popular lively bars and restaurants situated on Kilburn High Road, Queens Park, Maida Vale, Little Venice, Swiss Cottage, Edgware Road and Kensal Rise. Local shops include: M&S, Pret, Sainsburys, Iceland, Primark, McDonalds, JD Sports, Sports Direct, Popeyes, TK Max, Tesco, Aldi and lots more. Banks available are: Natwest, HSBC, Santander, Lloyds and Nationwide.

Anyway, I’d love to meet ya. So ….... if all credentials sounds suitable, and you're interested/curious for a peak in a homely place to stay for a while, and/or need further information and/or to view and to know more about lovely me (lol), do get in touch.

Thanks for looking and best wishes with your searches.
