I'm Graham and we have a large double room at the back of the house, which is available from the end of Feb 4th 2025.
We like to keep the house tidy and hygienic for everyone and have a simple cleaning rota to keep things fair. We like everyone to be happy and comfortable and think of the house as home.
There are two good existing tenants that have their own rooms.
The room is a large clean double room with a double sized bed. It also has a wooden floor, with a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room, It’s positioned at the back of the house.
Quick notes:
-New double glazed windows recently installed..
-Large Garden bathed in sunlight all day.
-2 parks, 2 gyms & swimming pool within 2-5 minutes walk.
-Lots of transport links a short walk away.
-Quiet street with a friendly community.
-Large supermarket and local high street within 5-10 minutes walk.
Amenities include:
-High speed fibre internet.
-Bathroom with bath/shower combo & separate toilet.
-Large kitchen with fridge-freezer combo, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fan assisted electric oven with separate grill and 5 ring gas hob and plenty of storage.
-Huge, shared living room with dining table & chairs, lounge seating and an extra sofa bed.
-Large part paved garden with decking and shed for outside storage.
