THE ROOM:
Includes double bed with underbed storage, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelf. Additional storage in the hallway allocated to the bedroom. Bills typically come in at £100 per person per month extra.

THE FLAT:

Situated in a small apartment block directly on Queenstown road, our 3-bed flat comes with a large shared living space (including small balcony), separate kitchen, communal garden and gated parking. The bathroom is shared with only 1 other flatmate as one of the rooms is ensuite. There is also an entrance hallway area and cupboards (including hanging rail) for additional storage and space for clothes drying within large living-dining room. We have lived in the flat for 3 years and are wanting to renew for another year, however one of our flatmates is moving out, hence the availability.

THE AREA:

Flat is located on Queenstown Road (timings below are walking however there is also a bus stop just a few seconds from the flat)
- Battersea Park and Clapham Common (15-min)
- Plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops etc and train stations within a short walk (15/20-mins) or bus journey - Clapham High Street & Common, Clapham Junction, Battersea Power Station, Queenstown Road Station and Battersea Park Station.
- There is a Sainsburys Local/ Tesco Express and Post Office close by (1-2mins) and a bigger Asda and Lidl 15mins away.

FLATMATES:

Andrew (26) & Angus (29) are all working professionals working from home and within the office. We have a mix of interests including sport, TV/movies, walks and getting out to explore around London. We occasionally hang out in evenings/watch TV together or sometimes do our own thing - very chilled flatmates so respect each others need for space to chill and have your own time!
