Beautiful flat, well connected quiet neighbourhood

The flat is half way between Clapham Common and Battersea power station. And park. It is one female tenant and a spare room, the flat was designed by my architect father. It has a yard that joins up all the rooms , it’s a quiet idle. I am an artist and the house is full of books about art, I am not absolutely tidy but I’d like to be more. It’s a place I come back to to refuel. I have a car and a studio in Woolwich. If you like plants I plan to extend the garden / yard space . I am single so preferably someone unthreatening like me. I also want to be ecological. The room has underfloor heating
