Patio and well maintained communal garden to the rear of the flat.

Location-
The apartment is located on Queenstown Road, a ten minute walk to Queenstown road station and 20 minute walk to Clapham junction. Battersea Park is approximately 15 mins walk away. There is also a bus stop just outside the flat.
Bills are not included but usually come to around 120 each! Council tax band=D

I’m Lucy, current flat mate, I’m a nurse working at St George’s Hospital mainly working shifts so I’m often leaving home early in the morning and getting back late! I would love to find someone clean and tidy and sociable that is looking for somewhere to call home.
