Sadly our housemate is moving back to Australia, so we’re looking for a replacement to fill her room!

Move in date: 2nd March

🚪the room:
Bright double room, furnished with a bed, bedside table, inbuilt wardrobes and shelves (room for a small desk and chair too)

🏡 the flat:
Modern, clean maisonette with 3 bedrooms split over 3 separate levels and just one downstairs neighbour (young couple). Combined kitchen, lounge and you’d be sharing the bathroom with one other girlie. We also have a cleaner that comes every two weeks which is included within the bills.

📍location:
Battersea/Queenstown Road, 15 minutes walk to either Battersea Power Station or Clapham Common tubes (both Northern line) and 10 minute walk to Queenstown Road overground. Also bus stop, just a 2 minute walk for 156, 452 and 137.

👯‍♀️ sharing with:
Two girls (29 and 28), both English and work corporate jobs so a split between work from home and office. We’re super friendly (of course we’d say that), love watching reality TV, but also hanging out or doing random side quests at the weekend

💰rent: £1,110 (+ £164 for bills)

References will need to be completed by the agency for salary checks etc.
