After living together elsewhere, we moved into the property the start of this year (and love it) but my flatmate has the opportunity to move out to live with her sister 💗

🏠 The room is a double, it came unfurnished (as did the whole flat) but there is the option to buy some of the current furniture in the room (bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, tall slim drawers). The flat is second floor (no lift), gets the sun nearly all day and your room has access to one of the two small balcony/terraces!

Bills: approx £125 a month
Deposit: £1269 (5 weeks rent)

🛒 5/10 min walk to Sainsbury’s local, 2xTesco express, co op & some cafes, pubs and restaurants.
🚂 9 min walk to Queenstown Road station, 11 min to Battersea Park Station, 15/20 min to the Power Station & Clapham Common Station (all google maps prediction and can be walked quicker!). Bus stop right outside takes you to all these in 5/10 mins.

🙋‍♀️I’ve lived in London for 3 years and work in Infrastructure Sustainability, typically in the office 2/3 days a week. I’m super sporty & active (gym/netball/tag rugby). Love going for coffee walks, the pub, having a boogie and nights in watching TV. I’m a big yes person and enjoy trying new things!
