Spacious and bright double room in Bayswater

Our current flatmate of four years is moving out and we are now looking to find someone to take over their lovely double room.

The flat is located 2-3 minutes from Bayswater tube station, 5 minutes from Queensway tube and 5 minutes from Kensington Gardens. Notting Hill, Kensington High Street and Oxford Street are all within 40 minutes (or less) walking distance, so ideal if you're working within these areas and want to avoid using public transport.

The room has a big window which lets in a lot of natural light and the super-high ceiling gives a sense of even more space! It's furnished and includes a bed, two drawers and a wardrobe. The kitchen and showers were renovated 2 years ago so everything is in good condition and kept tidy.

We are all professionals (from hospitality to marketing to acting) and while we have our own lives and routines we also love to catch up with the latest news while cooking dinner. As the cliché goes: this is a home, not just a pit stop, so we''d like to find someone who is looking for a long-term place.
