Flexible Stay - Large Double Rooms Ensuite

Hey! We are normally a highly rated tourist destination in Central London catering for young travellers, but due to the pandemic, we are looking for young professionals, workers or students to rent some of our large double rooms on flexible contracts. Minimum stay is just 1 month!

We have some really spacious rooms that used to sleep 6 but are all available for individual or double use. The rooms are an ideal size to study, for working from home or relaxing and all the rooms are ENSUITE so you'll have your own bathroom.

The location is unbeatable, we are just 2 minutes’ walk to Queensway Station (Central Line) or 5 minutes’ walk to Bayswater (District, Circle Line) and great bus connections. Cafes, restaurants, pubs, vintage shops, everything you could want in a neighbourhood.

The lounge is really big, with a massive projector and the kitchen is nice and spacious with plenty of space to cook, store your food and eating space for lots of people. All the rooms come with ensuite bathroom facilities.

Our cleaners clean all common areas, toilets, and showers every day and your room once per week. The building has all of the requirements to be COVID-Safe with hand sanies all over the place and regular spot checks in high usage areas to ensure they’re clean.

Our team is available 24 hours a day should you have a problem in your room or around the building. CCTV operating in common areas 24 hours a day for your security and paid indoor bicycle storage is available at £5 a week.

The most important thing for us is for the building to be a fun, chilled place, where everyone respects one and other and have a good time. Any antisocial behaviour or anyone who is not being conducive to a good vibe will be asked to leave.

(Any visitors brought into the building must be signed in for fire safety and may stay for no longer than two nights).
