Hello,

My current flatmate is leaving London at the end of November, and we are looking for a replacement. The flat has 4 rooms, and we are all professionals.

There is one bathroom and a small kitchen, but no living room. Gas and electricity are not included, but we usually pay about £20 extra per month.

The flat is just a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and the underground stations (Central, Circle, and District lines), 10 minutes to Paddington Station where you can access the Elizabeth line.

-Zone 1 location with excellent transport links.
-Room is fully furnished and ready for one person: includes a desk, wardrobe, double bed, full-body mirror, and extra drawers for clothes.
-No living room, but all other essentials are provided (kitchen and bathroom).

Surrounded by great amenities, including Hyde Park, restaurants, and shops.
This flat is perfect for a professional adult. We currently share it with 3 friendly flatmates, creating a peaceful and tidy living environment.
