Lovely room on Queensway

Hello! This room was previously available from April, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, it is now available from June.

I am looking for someone to replace me in my current flat where I live with 4 other people. It’s a very big room which is nice as there is no living room in the flat. There is a toilet downstairs and a bathroom and toilet upstairs. The kitchen is right next to the bedroom.

It’s a great area, with a Tesco’s right underneath and the Bayswater and Queensway tubes 5 mins away on foot. Hyde Park is also just down the road!

You’d be living with Suzuka, Ryan, Pouneh and Matt who are all tidy and very nice. We all just do our own thing and chat when we’re cooking!

Eva, the main tenant sublets her room and is the main point of contact with the landlord. The contract is the confirmation letter.

The table and chairs may not be staying as I brought those with me. The shelves are also mine. I’d be open to selling them though if you would like to keep them .
