Spacious Room @ Porchester Road (near Paddington)

This is a 3-bedroom apartment located next to the Porchester Library. The room is spacious, with a good view of the street. The location is excellent, and four tube stations are within walking distance. The bathroom is shared. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We have also had some repairs done, and the house was renovated eight months ago, so it is in good condition.

I am vacating this apartment and seeking someone to take over my contract. Therefore, the rent and deposit are non-negotiable. I will put you in touch with the agency once you are confirmed from your end; the agency will handle the rest of the due diligence and subsequent contract. My contract with the agency is currently till September 2024.
