Bright Sunny Room in West London

Hello!
My friend and I are looking to sublet a room in our friendly West London duplex flat, walking distance from Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Lots of transport links available (bus, tube etc) within 5-12 minutes walking distance, and a big supermarket next door.

You'll be sharing the flat with two wonderful, warm human beings, in the creative and tech industry. We're looking for a third to join while one of us is traveling. We're very friendly, and always welcome a chat but also respect each others privacy.

We'd like someone who is clean, considerate, responsible and friendly, and works from the office a few times a week. This house is a home for us, and we'd want for you to treat this the same way.

The room is furnished, ready for you to move in. It has a bed, a desk and cupboards with huge windows that make the room very bright even on the most overcast of days!

Bills come up to 100-150£ per month depending on usage.
