Airy, small double Hyde Park room

A room is available in a centrally located three-bedroom flat (3 minutes walk to Hyde Park- Kensington Gardens / 10 minute tube to Oxford Circus). Two tube stations on our doorstep and very affordable for the location.

We are a settled group and have been living together for around seven years in the property - so keen to take the time to find the best fit!

Landlord is property management firm GMS Properties, which owns a number of properties in the area - generally responsive and conscientious.

We are: K – a sustainability and climate change reporter with an interest in the arts, G – a software engineer and hybrid athlete.

Looking for someone relatively social and happy to put in the effort to keep the flat clean and liveable. We don’t cook pork at home. Sadly, communal spaces are small so it will not be a place to host large groups.

Room comes with bedframe, mattress and study table.

Deposit is £400. Monthly rent £770 not including bills. Viewings week of August 5, move in from August 29 (first month’s rent will be for September).
