We're looking for a housemate to join three of us in a top-floor flat between Bayswater and Queensway.

We're aged 30–33, two men and one woman, and we've struck a good balance between doing our own thing and spending time together, most of us cook and eat together a couple of times a week. Happy to answer anything about how the house runs.

The best thing about the flat is the terrace. It's big, it gets the sun, and in summer we're out there most evenings for dinner, drinks, or the occasional get-together.

The room comes part furnished with a bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. I'm also happy to sell on other items to keep the room set up as it is (wardrobe, lighting etc.

The flat is on the fifth floor with no lift, so it's five flights of stairs. There's bike storage downstairs within a gated courtyard.

Location is the other big draw:

3 min walk to Queensway (Central)
10 min walk to Royal Oak (Hammersmith & City)
5 min walk to Kensington Gardens
10 min walk to Notting Hill

Queensway has changed a lot in the last couple of years (The Whiteley has reopened, Everyman Cinema, WatchHouse coffee to name a few), and you've got Westbourne Grove and Portobello on the doorstep.
