Large double, friendly house,top location GB,EU,CA

Hello we are, Steve, Lyla, Raphael, Lucy and Anna. We have a large double room available at raised ground level of large, well-appointed and chill/friendly houseshare (HMO) for a guy to keep our 3:3 balance.

While not ensuite it does have a cloakroom on opposite side of the hallway - communal but useful for this person for toothbrushing etc. Also shares a wetroom, one floor down, with one other male.

House is 4 floors from lower ground (leading to paved outdoor garden area) to attic, total of six bedrooms all singly occupied - no couples please.

Our vibe is really nice and friendly, a chill but friendly place to relax after workdays, and at weekends. Very much not a party house - we generally do our socialising out the house -, and quite independent, but we do sometimes go out together for a chill one, and often hang out in the evenings while eating with some tv, occasionally meet with our friendly (30 something) neighbours (and their cat!) in shared gardens and various subgroups also do things together like go out for food or coffee, play tennis, HIIT, dog walking etc.

We are very well located on a quiet, nice resi road literally a stone's throw from Ravenscourt Park, and a short distance from Kings St supermarkets/cafes/restaurants and both Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook tubes are a short walk away (6 mins).

We share a bright lounge diner which has quite a few green plants (since the photo, which is a little old!); kitchen which has dishwasher, microwave, cooker/hob and pans/crockery/cutlerey etc shared; and a further utility/fridges room including Miele separate washer and drier. We do our own thing food-wise, but are often around together at same time.

Steve and Raph have been here 5 plus years, Lyla coming up to 3, Anna and Lucy within the last year - longevity speaks to the house's appeal. We all do 9 to 5 ish weekday jobs and want similar - important to have similar timings of awake and rest. House goes (broadly) quiet from 11pm for zzzzzzz so wouldn't really suit someone with hours that don't fit this.

Jobs are office type - Civil Service to Education Recruitment, Data Analytics and Charity Consulting. Some work from home is done and available. British, European and Canadian nationalities - international welcome!

This room is large, furnished including bed with lift up storage, wardrobe, desk and chair, loads of shelving/cupboards, and carpeted.

The rent includes all bills including broadband and weekly cleaner. No bills admin to worry about as taken care of by landlord. Steve does some admin like buying shared dishwash products/toilet roll stuff - which the landlord pays for. So low admin!
