Available from 1 September or a few days before, hence ideal for new teachers working in the area! 3 mins walk to Ravenscourt Park tube, 10 to Hammersmith tube. We have four bedrooms but only two occupants (including yourself), a generous kitchen/dining/living room with TV plus a sunny patio with hot tub.

All bills (inc. council tax, electricity, heating, water, service charge, broadband) are included in the rent. There's a catatonic cat in residence.

The room: attic, three windows triple glazed, blackout blinds, 4ft bed (= small double), mirror wardrobe other end, big desk. Happy to provide or accommodate your own furniture - as you need. You'll have the second floor largely to yourself as the other bedroom there is rarely used.

A bike can be stored in the garage.

The bathroom is for your own use and is next to the room.
