Looking for a new flatmate - Hammersmith

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely four-bedroom flat in Hammersmith! The flat has one bathroom and a separate toilet.

Key details:
Move-in date: 31st March
Rent: £775 per month (excluding bills) + £100 give or take for bills
The room: Comes with a double bed, mattress, and built-in wardrobe/cupboard. There's enough space for a desk and additional storage.
The flat: Spacious living room and kitchen, plus a small balcony that fits two chairs! The building has a fantastic maintenance man—anything broken gets fixed in under 48 hours. We feel very safe here, and the neighbours are lovely.
Location: Close to the tube, tennis courts, the river, and loads of great pubs!
About us:
We’ve lived here for two years and absolutely love it! Unfortunately, one of our housemates is moving back to Spain, so we’re looking for someone fun and friendly to join us.

The flatmates:
Ruth: 29, Kiwi, works as a private-sector nurse. Loves dogs, horses, flowers, a good pub roast, and gingernuts!
Grace: 25, Kiwi, works remotely (but job hunting!). Obsessed with her walking pad, spicy margaritas, Diet Coke and browsing at a local market.
Gabs: 25, French/British, works in yachting (hybrid). Loves baking, gigs, and playing a game of tennis.

What we’re looking for in a flatmate:

Female, aged 25–30.
Must love dogs.
Easy-going, friendly, funny, and clean.
Someone who wants to be friends, not just a housemate.
Preferably works in office or hybrid (no full-time WFH, sorry).
