We are very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. We also have the local David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge 24 hour Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from central London to Raynes Park.!

We have a spacious conservatory flatlet that comes with its own large private lounge looking onto the shared garden, The flatlet has its own shower room and a large double bedroom with a kingsize bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Its a great private space either for a single or couple and you also have the benefit of the shared use of the kitchen in the main house.

You will be sharing the house with other friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to ensure the house is clean and tidy and a welcoming home to return to after a hard day's work!

The rent is excluding bills and one months deposit is required to secure the room. The rent for a couple will be £950 PCM. The property falls into council tax Band D.
