Double ensuite Room in Landlord's House in SW20

This is a large double room at the top of the house (so completely self-contained) in Raynes Park which is our home.

There is off-street parking available if required and it is a 6 minutes walk to Raynes Park station (Waterloo line) as well as being on a well-serviced bus route going into Kingston one way and into Wimbledon/Mitcham the other. There are local amenities close by including a large Waitrose. There is access to a garden and we have a very friendly cat!

We are looking for a professional who is respectful of others' property as our lodger.

We are also happy to consider people who want a Monday-Friday or Sunday to Thursday let and obviously a lesser rent would reflect this.
