Room to Rent - Raynes Park (1 stop from Wimbledon)

Hi,

I have a nice large room to rent in a 2 bed flat near Raynes Park. You will be living with just one other person, ie Myself.

The flat is just 5 minute walk to the train station. Trains are really frequent enabling you to get to Waterloo in 20 minutes.

The room is fully furnished with a massive wardrobe, desk , chair and bed.
Living room is fairly large with Sky Sports and movies. The kitchen is separate and is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The land lord is a good friend of mine so has a lot of trust in me when finding a suitable tenant.

About myself -

I am clean, social, enjoy going to the gym and pub as I have a few friends in the area. I work the standard 9-5 and would like to live with someone friendly and easy going, enjoys the odd trip to the pub and who will treat the flat as a home as opposed to a crash pad.
