Hi there, Iv found an amazing 2 bed flat that I have put an offer in for. The flat is on Worple road and has great transport links with the bus stop close by and Raynes park station a 5 minute walk. The national rail takes you into Waterloo within 21 minutes. The bus goes to Kingston or Clapham junction.

I am looking for a working professional female to join me in this 2 double bedroom flat. It has a big living room and open plan kitchen. Bathroom with a bath (I’m very excited about the bath) it comes fully
Furnished. I was thinking we could do it up a little bit and add our own touch to make it homely. There is residential parking you can get, bills not included but I don’t think they will be that much extra. There is a shared garden too. I’m currently working full time in London, I am clean, tidy and love to socialise. I also love my independent time, I love a glass of wine and binge watching any good tv series.
