Fully Furnished Double Room in Raynes Park

Our housemate of the last two years has bought himself a flat (Congratulations!)! This means that we are in need of a new member of the house.

The house has excellent transport links being very close to both Raynes Park station and Wimbledon Chase. This gives easy access to Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Kingston and Surbiton and of course the District line from Wimbledon!

We are also close to the local shops, cafes, and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. There is also a David Lloyd and Anytime Gym within very easy walking distance.

The room which is going to be left empty is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with only one other housemate. There is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. As well as room for a desk at a bit of a squeeze, though one is not included.

There is a large shared living room and dining are on the ground floor as well as the kitchen. There is also a small spare room which is currently used for storage and accommodating guests when needed. There is a garden which gets some lovely sun in the summer and a shed at the end.

You will be sharing with myself and another professional in his mid twenties. We're looking for another friendly, considerate professional who each to join us. In what we both think is a bit of a gem in the area for the money.
