(We are spoiled for choice with amazing cafes - Raw Deli, Cafe 46, Babylon, great take away food, you are in zone 4 with plenty of transport links to be close enough to London yet far enough to feel you have some breathing space being next door to green areas).

✅ large IKEA wardrobe with plenty of storage, double bed, space for desk or book case if you want
The property :

✅ close enough to Central London that you don’t miss any action, but far enough & near Cannon Hill Common that you feel you live in the country
Flatmates:
✅ To share with 2 couples, who are friendly and quiet, respect each other’s space as not a party house. 2 are working from home, so there is probably no more capacity for that now
✅Charlie the neighbours cat is a regular visitor in the garden, and we have a robin, pigeons and 🦜 come and use the bird feeder

✅ Raynes Park train station (frequent trains to Waterloo) is a 10 min walk or 2 bus stops away with the bus 163 (Wimbledon- Morden).
✅ Nearest tubes are District and Northern line - reachable by 163 or 413
✅ N87 will bring you home (to Raynes Park st) if you’ve been out partying in town between 12AM-5.30AM
✅location is perfect for working in Central or out in Surrey as Raynes Park conveniently about half way between the 2, the A3 is a couple of minutes drive away from the 🏠
