(We are spoiled for choice with amazing cafes - Raw Deli, Cafe 46, Babylon, great take away food, you are in zone 4 with plenty of transport links to be close enough to London yet far enough to feel you have some breathing space being next door to green areas).

✅ Nearest tubes are District and Northern line - reachable by 163 or 413
✅ N87 will bring you home (to Raynes Park st) if you’ve been out partying in town between 12AM-5.30AM
✅location is perfect for working in Central or out in Surrey as Raynes Park conveniently about half way between the 2, the A3 is a couple of minutes drive away from the 🏠
✅ 24hr Tesco just 10 min walk from us, so are a David Lloyds gym, Anytime fitness, Coop, Waitrose, Post Office, best cafe in South West (Raw Deli) plus others.
