THE FLAT
A cosy flat located above a shop, with a decent sized lounge room (2 sofas, a dining table and book case), a separate kitchen (fully furnished including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and kitchen table), toilet and separate bathroom (bath tub and a bit more storage).
You will be sharing these rooms with 2 young professionals whose rooms are located on the floor above.

THE BEDROOM
A double bed, a desk and chair, and a triple fitted wardrobe which is very spacious (1/3 clothes rail and 2/3 shelves). There are also 2 shelves and 2 mirrors.

THE LOCATION
Located next to Raynes Park station, 3 mins to Wimbledon station (Tram and District line), 20 mins to Waterloo. Several buses to Kingston and Wimbledon for further shopping options and transport links.
Local Sainsbury's across the road, a large Waitrose just a few minutes walk. There is a larger Sainsbury's in Wimbledon and a Tesco Extra about 15 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops near the flat.
Also close to Wimbledon Common and other parks.

Rent is £600 plus bills - about £60 for council tax/internet, and about £30 per month for gas/electricity
