a spacious double room is available to rent immediately in a 4 bedroom house between Wimbledon and Raynes park. The room has lots of storage space(built in wardrobes) and a sink. The house is situated 20 mins walk/ 10 mins bus ride from Wimbledon station and 10 minutes walk / 5 mins bus ride from Raynes Park station.
The house has 1 bathroom , two toilets upstairs to share with 2 others only as one of the rooms has its own bathroom. Large living room, kitchen and a garden (yard).
The rent is including some of the bills (water, council tax ) and bills are approx. £70-100 every three months (gas and electricity) ,approx £17 for the internet per month if you wish to use it. The house has a multicultural tenancy , European and British.
