I'm going away for the summer and want to rent out this room from June to September, I'm leaving on the 3rd of June but the dates are flexible.

The price includes all the bills.

The room is a luminous double room, fully furnished, with a King-size bed, wardrobe, desk, and space storage underneath the bed.

This is a bright 2 bedroom flat, just sharing with my lovely flatmate. The flat has a shared living room, TV, High-Speed broadband, Virgin Media Tv, Amazon Prime TV, Now Tv, and Xbox (all included). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, balcony and shared back garden for Bbqs.

The flat is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, Raynes Park station 8 min walk, Tesco Extra 5 min walk, Waitrose 7 min walk. Very well connected by bus (131, 152, K5 and N87).
